About L. Bradley

Attorney, Malpractice Survivor, Patient Rights Leader

After representing the insurance industry for fifteen years, L. Bradley Schwartz lost his limbs to medical malpractice. He returned to law with a new perspective that allowed him to undersand and connect with patients and families in medical crisis.

A Patient Rights leader, Mr. Schwartz is also the president and founder of a national Patient Advocacy organization whose mission is to improve patient care and reduce medical error.
